Returns & exchanges

Harness Cycle accepts returns of tagged, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required in order to receive a refund. All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. 

Cycling shoe purchases are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them.

Final sale

All drinkware, sale items, and "don't give up the ship" merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
